• It links the centre of Hai Phong city with the Do Son tourist area and the coastal districts of Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy.
• It features a span of 240m with one pylon carrying the main span of 120m and the nearest side span of 70m. 
• It has 4 lanes and pavements in each direction. 
• Construction status: finished in 2012
