Impressions from the project process
The building is located on the banks of the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City and is the highlight of the Vinhomes Central Park development by the Vietnamese Property Developer VinGroup.
With the support of PERI's RCS-P system, the construction was implemented safely.
From the beginning of the jobsite PERI was awarded to supply RCS-P protection screen for the typical floors, as well for special floors from 7.5m up to 30m high at the top of building.

With the impressive height of 461 m, Landmark 81 will be Vietnam’s highest skyscraper and one of the tallest buildings in the world.
