The range of ACS self-climbing variants enables the construction of concrete structures extremely quickly, cost-effectively and safely for facades, building cores, shaft structures as well as inclined bridge pylons. The climbing units, comprising wall formwork and platforms, are lifted hydraulically which speeds up cycle times and free up the valuable crane resource on site.

Integrated hydraulic components enable multiple units to climb simultaneously, enabling high levels of productivity, fewer leading edges, and shorter cycle times.

Crane-independent, fast cycle times

Without the reliance on a crane, climbing can be completed quickly and safely, whilst the crane attends to other operations on site. Cycle times, even for complex cores and geometries, can be optimised to keep you ahead of porgamme with intuitive shuttering, concreting, striking & climbing operations.

Working platforms can accommodate high loads arising from material storage or placing boom masts. No shape is too complex for the system to be designed and optimsed for, including segmented cores, convex and concave structures, and reduced-width walls as the structure rises
