Accounting & HR Manager

Your responsibilities

• Organize and optimize Finance functions and processes for the subsidiary in line with our business
• Provide business partnership to Managing Director by advising on operational improvements and strategic decisions (e.g. pricing, investments, contracts, personnel)
• Manage the capital efficiency (PVA) of the subsidiary and derive measures in cooperation with Managing Director
• Oversee Human Resources for the subsidiary in order to safeguard the induction, further development, and wellbeing of employees
• Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and revised as appropriate to comply with Vietnam Law and PERI corporate guidelines
• Drive PERI corporate Finance and HR directives through close cooperation with Market Unit Head of Finance, as well with Headquarters and the other subsidiaries

Your profile

• Graduate in Finance or Business Administration
• Strong analytical skills and very organized
• Solid experience and broad understanding of corporate finance
• Experience in the development and implementation of policies and processes
• Strong communication skills and fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
• Flexibility to travel to other subsidiaries occasionally
